With plush at an expectation to be a critical drive in Q2’25, how can we further optimize our product landing page experience for the guest and drive conversion?

The Problem

Our plush product landing page lacked the visual appeal and marketing strategies needed to maximize conversions, especially compared to industry leaders.

The Research

Following my director’s guidance, I conducted competitive research on plush brands such as Jellycat, Fahlo, and Disney’s APAC region, which excels at plush conversions. I analyzed how these brands market and showcase their products, identifying key tactics and presentation styles that could be adapted for our brand.

The Solution

Using these insights, I proactively designed mockups for an improved product landing page—one version optimized for immediate implementation and several forward-looking concepts requiring development team collaboration.

The Impact

While the project is currently paused, the proposed designs have laid a strong foundation for future development. They offer clear, actionable pathways for both short-term improvements and long-term innovation, giving stakeholders a tangible vision for enhancing our plush product presentation and driving higher conversion rates when the initiative moves forward.
