The Challenge

The existing plush landing experience was heavily product driven, with limited storytelling and emotional engagement. With plush being a highly giftable, character driven category, the page was underutilizing brand narrative and cross-sell opportunities.

    • Conducted a competitive scan to identify best-in-class category storytelling patterns

    • Analyzed internal content hierarchy and customer browsing behavior

    • Prioritized modular layouts that allowed seasonal refreshes without redesigning the page

    • Introduced curated visual sections to build emotional connection

    • Created flexible content modules to support promotions, collections, and evergreen assortments

    • Improved hierarchy to balance storytelling with quick product access

    • Delivered a scalable landing page system that could support future modular updates

    • Improved visual clarity and product discoverability

    • Aligned the plush category experience more closely with Disney’s brand storytelling standards
