Disney Store x
Coach Collaboration

Led visual direction from concept through execution, developing cohesive design systems that translated business objectives into high-impact creative across channels.

Directed visual storytelling to balance two established brand voices within a unified campaign system.

Project Overview:

Role: Digital Designer
Focus: Campaign design, brand alignment, digital layouts
Tools: Figma, Photoshop, After Effects
Team: Marketing/Strategy, Site Merchandise

The Challenge

The collaboration required balancing Coach’s luxury aesthetic with Disney’s playful storytelling — without overpowering either brand.

    • Studied Coach’s visual language to identify transferable elements

    • Defined shared visual principles (color, spacing, typography rhythm)

    • Designed layouts that allowed both brands to coexist without visual competition

    • Created campaign-specific layouts that elevated product presentation

    • Developed digital assets across site, email, and marketing touchpoints

    • Maintained brand integrity while introducing a premium tone to Disney’s platform

    • Successfully launched a visually cohesive collaboration campaign

    • Supported cross-channel rollout with consistent branding

    • Helped position Disney Store within a more fashion-forward, lifestyle context

Email

  • Integrated A/B testing between a long-form and short-form design to determine which format resonated more with guests.

  • Results: Both performed similarly, with the shorter version showing a slight lift of less than 1%, suggesting that a concise, visually focused format can perform just as effectively as a detailed showcase for this audience.
